What’s the first opinion we form about someone who loves themselves the most?
Most people consider them as self-obsessed, selfish, self-centered, etc.
But I genuinely want to ask, is loving yourself a sin?
Can we love others when we don’t love ourselves?
If we don’t love and respect ourselves, why would others do?
Loving yourself doesn’t mean that you are selfish or self-centered.
It means appreciating yourself for who you are as an individual.
Why we need others approval, opinion or acceptance?
Loving yourself is about taking care of yourself, honoring your emotional & physical needs.
We can only give what we have.
Self Love is about Self respect & Self Worth.
It is my perception about myself that determines my self-worth and not others opinions.
Isn’t it selfish to expect others to prove their love by doing what we expect them to do rather than what is important?
Every person has a different way to show love and respect.
We tend to expect from others to show love and respect to us where on the contrary we are our biggest critic.
Self-Love is not an option; it’s non-negotiable for healthy being and healthy relationships.
It is as important as the water we drink and the air we breathe.
In the absence of self-love, we start looking out for love, other’s approval of ourselves resulting in lack of fulfillment.
We all have got one Life.
Why spend this life seeking others approval for our actions, intentions, etc.
Live it on your own terms.
Just love yourself, Be Yourself and Live Life King Size.
Don’t neglect or forget yourself in an attempt to please others.
I am the Heroine of my Life story, What about you???
Stay Tuned & keep Brewing!!!
I definitely need to work on self love ??
